Privacy Policy

1. Overview

OneStep.tools is a static website. All of its tools run as JavaScript directly in your web browser. We do not operate the kind of service that receives or stores the content you enter: text you type into a tool, numbers you calculate with, and files you print are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or share personal information. There are no user accounts, no forms that submit to a server, and no logins. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and operational purposes; this is standard industry practice and is not used to profile you.

3. Cookies and local storage

OneStep.tools itself sets no cookies. One tool (the invoice generator) uses your browser’s local storage to save your invoice draft so you don’t lose it if you close the tab. This data stays on your device, is accessible only by this site in your browser, and never reaches any server. You can clear it at any time via your browser’s “Clear site data” or the Reset button in the tool.

4. Third-party advertising

If advertising is enabled on this site, it is served by Google AdSense. Ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. If and when advertising is active:

• Google’s use of advertising cookies is governed by Google’s Advertising Policies.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings or Your Online Choices (EU).
• Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), Google presents its own consent message before personalized ads are shown.

Affiliate links, if present, are ordinary links to third-party products; clicking them may set cookies on the third party’s domain, governed by that party’s privacy policy.

5. Analytics

If traffic analytics are enabled, we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service that records only aggregate page-view counts and never builds profiles of individual visitors. No analytics cookies are set.

6. Children’s privacy

OneStep.tools is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Since we do not collect personal data, there is normally nothing for us to provide or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will respond promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works (for example by enabling advertising or analytics), we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
